We love pizza night at our house! Ethan loves helping (we've caught him with the rolling pin, pretending to roll out pizza), especially when he gets to help with toppings - plenty of sampling, of course!
Anyways, made this fantastic gourmet sounding, but incredibly simple pizza the other night and had to share it...pizza with pesto, summer squash, onions and tomatoes!

Recipe is as follows:
Dough (adapted from Katie Lee's recipe)
2 1/4 tsp yeast (or 1 packet - I do a lot of baking so I buy the jar)
2c all purpose flour
1/2c semolina flour (if you don't have semolina, just use all regular flour)
